vital roles for the Psychiatric Mental Nurse Practitioner at every patient encounter. We strive to build long-lasting
relationships built on trust and mutual respect with everyone we encounter.

ms. jean-baptiste is actually one of the best providers i’ve had since i started seeking psychiatry care back in 2022! my other providers have usually suggested streamlined therapeutic solutions that rarely address my multifaceted problems, but this isn’t the case with her! she tailored regimens aimed at tackling the root of my problems rather than treating the peripheral effects and i’m excited to see where this takes me!

Great first appointment!!! The dr listened to my concerns and not only has great suggestions but also educated me on my current medication that I have been taking for years…things I should of known. Very caring and extremely responsive and has an excellent assistant that is very accessible if you have questions or issues and always checks in…. My first time meeting earlier this week and trying. New medication and has been amazing on every level! Would highly recommend!

My first few appointments were fine, the last one has been a chaotic nightmare. They increased pricing without warning. I got a call from the office when my appointment was supposed to start, saying my card had declined. After speaking with the bank we discover they’ve *already* charged two debits, and it was actually the THIRD charge that was declined by the bank for fraud. They insist they haven’t processed any payments, but my account is several hundred short nonetheless.
Then I went to their site to confirm the pricing and saw they’re advertising 45 minute follow up sessions, including therapy. My last two visits have been 9 minute calls with no therapy. I was overcharged and didn’t even get the service being offered.
She also says you can call or text with any questions. They have not answered any of my calls or texts, and I’ve been waiting hours just for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. I don’t know what’s changed but this experience was terrible.
