I would have preferred to remain having communication and appointment through a single app. With this appointment I needed to create a zocdoc profile, a patient portal profile, AND then a HeadWay profile before I was able to be seen. Having to go through such a long process almost deterred me from seeking pysch help.

They do not do stimulants. I wish I would’ve known this before spending money on an appointment because my appointment lasted less than 5 minutes for nothing.

I would not recommend this provider. My appointment was for 11:30. I filled out all the documents and sat waiting for the NP for an hour. At 700 pm I got a call asking if I had time for the visit to which I said no. This morning when I checked email I had a bill from Headway for$100 for a missed appointment. The NP contacted me several times to reschedule and I informed her that I had to make other arrangements and did not need an appointment. She informed me that “I” would need to do that. JUST WOW

It was ridiculous I had to fill out the same information multiple times because of the use of a third party only to find out they didn't update insurance coverage for ZocDoc. Needing mental health care is quite frustrating these days. Very disappointing

While I understand our schedules can get busy, my appointment started 30+ minutes late with no communication. The doctor also did not take my insurance or discuss this during the consult. The doctor's atmosphere was distracting for her and interrupted our conversation. Virtual care is becoming more and more vital to our daily lives. I hope that she can find a better system that will suit her patients.
She listened to my concerns and confirmed what I stated. She gave me choices and ideas on what we could try. We came up with a plan. She told me she wanted to see me again in 2 weeks. However, most places this would have been a problem for me, but with her evening and weekend hours this was very simple. Highly recommend.
