An Exceptional Experience with Dr. Sidorela
I don’t even know where to begin—there are no words to express how grateful we are after our visit with Dr. Sidorela. She treated my father with extraordinary care and professionalism. Although we had booked a 60-minute appointment, she spent 90 minutes with him, examining everything carefully and explaining his hearing condition with patience and clarity.
She made him feel comfortable and truly cared for—almost as if her words could heal him. What touched us even more was her kindness at the end. Realizing we faced financial challenges and had no insurance, she covered all the costs, including top-quality hearing devices, and even provided extra supplies for the coming months, saying simply, “Happy Thanksgiving.”
What a gift. What a visit. We were left speechless.
Beyond her professionalism, Dr. Sidorela showed rare generosity and compassion. What a remarkable person.
