I scheduled an appointment with this practice through Zocdoc. Everything was confirmed — I even completed the online paperwork in advance. Then, the night before my appointment, I received an email saying the dentist had an emergency and my appointment was cancelled.
I understand emergencies happen, but the timing left me completely stranded after I’d already set aside time for this visit. What really concerns me is how easily this could happen to anyone using Zocdoc. The system makes it feel like your spot is secured, but in my experience, that wasn’t the case.
It’s disappointing because patients plan their day around these appointments, trusting that a confirmed time actually means confirmed. If you’re thinking of booking here, I’d recommend calling the office directly instead of relying on Zocdoc — it might save you the same last-minute frustration. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid what I went through.

The office is clearly very new and clean, which I so appreciate. I came in for a routine cleaning/check up, ended up having a cavity as well, and Dr. Saryan took the time to explain each step clearly, addressing all my questions with patience and kindness. No pain, no pushy salesmanship, all expertise and honesty.

I got to the appointment and waited bc the receptionist was on a call and she ignored me the time until she asked me if I booked online and I said yes and she asked me for the insurance card I told never got one she did not know what to do. She walked in the back n never came back. I was humiliated by her demeanor
