This “provider” is part of an office that I have been going to for nearly 10 years. The practitioner that I see most frequently was on a vacation and unavailable for my monthly prescription refill. She was cold and refused to fill my prescription for the usual 30 days. She didn’t send the 15 day prescription until I phoned in the next day. She treated me like I was trying to game a system to get a prescription filled that I have been stable on for over 4 years. I heard her talking about me in the hallway about it. Now I have to schedule a follow up with my normal provider to get the rest of the month’s prescription filled. So I’m forced to make another trip to the pharmacy and take time for another appointment for something that is already stressful to go without. This was the worst appointment I’ve ever had at an office that I have been a monthly patient for 10 years of.

I had such a wonderful experience with this provider. She was amazing—thorough, attentive, and never made me feel rushed. She took the time to go over everything and made sure I understood. Her bedside manner was truly exceptional, and I felt listened to and cared for throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

I was signed in and given new patient paperwork immediately, and the wait before seeing the doctor was very reasonable.
As a first visit, I was very encouraged with the check in, the nurse and the doctor experience at this practice. The doctor asked questions to get to know my medical needs and was clear on next steps, ready to get bloodwork started and to set up a follow up to go through results at my next appointment. Overall, an easy, pleasant and speedy first visit.
