We understand having a Primary Care Physician who knows you, your history, and family history is important to maintaining your health. The PCP can provide screenings you need in order to identify and treat minor problems before they become major problems. Your PCP can provide options for conditions which may not truly require emergency care and recommend a specialist to meet your health care needs. Your PCP will become your central point of contact, coordinating information between specialists and other healthcare providers. Thank you for your interest in our primary care services. Doctor was friendly and thoro but was behind schedule. I had to wait to see her. The office staff was all over the place and I was told to come back at 7:30am the next morning for tests and I sat in the waiting for 45 mins. I then had to leave as I had my own schedule to keep. I don’t like when my time is disregarded. That is disrespectful and rude.

I hadn’t had any type of exam in so long that I was embarrassed and terrified. Dr Bakhtari and her PA Brinton Coombs were both so wonderful and easy to talk to. They made a plan for me moving forward and I’m so glad I chose them! All of the staff made me feel very comfortable also. I’m so happy that I found them.

Since I saw the PA instead of the doctor, I can only rste the PA. All of ratings apply to her instead of the doctor if the doctor is as good as her PA, I would definitely recommend her

Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to see Dr. Bakhtari as she was out recuperating from surgery. However, I did see the PA, Mallory, and she was excellent. My first time in this doctor office was extremely pleasant. The PA's assistant was very helpful and did an excellent job of taking care of first visit procedures. The PA answered all my questions clearly and made some excellent medical suggestions regarding some of my concerns. I was extremely impressed at how the front office, the nurses, and the PA all worked together as a team! I am looking forward to my next visit in October.

The office staff and nurses are SO wonderful and sweet. The doctor and PA are both wonderful. All of them are seriously on top of it, I don't feel like I'm slipping through the cracks or put on the back burner. I haven't had a doctor this good in YEARS. I was genuinely terrified of going to a new doctor and not being taken seriously again for my chronic health issues. They are ACTUALLY treating me like a person! With feelings!

And Zoe doc was the easiest way to book an appt. It has been a struggle to find care and this app made simplified it and w/in minutes I had an appointment. I will never use another way to boo my appointment, truly a blessing.
