I had an exceptional experience at this dental office, conveniently located in the heart of McLean and close to my house. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a priority. Even though the office was busy, I was greeted immediately. The dentist started my appointment on time! I did not have to wait, which was a huge relief.
The best part was that the dentist was a true professional. Unlike my previous dentist, who juggled multiple patients, he focused completely on me throughout the appointment. He took time to explain everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Both the dentist and the dental hygienist, Jonathan, utilized the latest technology and was very gentle and thorough.
I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking highly skilled, quality care with a personal touch!

My dentist of 30+ years retired. I went to Dolley Madison Dentistry because my husband had had such a positive experience there. Although I ended up with a different hygienist and dentist, I found them both thorough, professional and pleasant. Dr. Wiltbank also came and helped to answer some questions for me. He was also thorough and pleasant and gave me options for my gum problems. I have a new dental provider!!

You will probably not see Dr. Wiltbank, but one of the other doctor's that practice at his firm. This was a surprise to me as the whole point of going here was to see Dr. Wiltbank. This should have been stated up front.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and have health anxiety. But I told the doctor and the hygienist about both situations and they were really great about it. They told me everything they were doing as they were doing it, answered all questions and gave me some great advice. So I would recommend this dentist and staff to anyone as they are always so fantastic and understanding.

I would recommend Dr. Wiltbank to any and all. The service that was provided (teeth whitening) was efficient and effective—and Dr. Wiltbank (and assistants, staff, etc.) were exceptionally kind and professional.

The experience and the staff were superb. The only thing I did not understand was that for my initial appointment and the purpose, they did not receive the pre-authorization from my insurance carrier prior to my appointment. Therefore, I had to come back. Seems would have been more logical to call me and reschedule, rather than making an extra trip.

So grateful to Dr. Wiltbank. I've had dental issues for 42 years due to an accident as a kid and he is the first dentist that has made me feel comfortable. No anxiety at all. He fixed my problematic front teeth as well as other faulty teeth that were not done properly in the past. He's the absolute best and works so fast!!!!

He was thorough, answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I left the appt with a "game plan" in place! I'm new to the area, so I simply "googled"!!! By far he is the best dentist I've come across and I feel very blessed that he is in the area. I highly recommend him to everyone looking for a dentist. He updated all the dental equipment in the office when he took over, is genuine and an extremely sensitive bedside manner that makes your visit enjoyable. You can also tell that his entire staff really enjoys working for him and they provide incredible services from administration to techs and hygienists. Additionally, their admin staff file your claims directly after your visit even if you don't get much for dental from your insurance (like me). Pass the word around... Dr. Wiltbank and his staff are by far the best I have experienced.

I really like Dr. Wiltbank. All work he has done on my teeth has been completed in a gentle manner and with ease. He seems very personable and competent as a dentist. All office staff are very pleasant to deal with which creates a positive office experience each visit.

I'm 69 and for the first time, I no longer dread my quarterly cleanings. Since purchasing this practice, Dr. Wiltbank has upgraded to a more comfortable digital x-ray machine; changed the polishing procedure; and switched to a numbing procedure that requires fewer shots and wears much more quickly. And he takes as much time as I need to answer questions and explain options.
