Great experience, Dr Martinelli was helpful, empathetic, and most of all very knowledgeable in all aspects of clinical care. He didn’t rush or gave a summary patient visit as most doctors do nowadays unfortunately. But he spent more than the usual time with me, personally overseeing all the procedures and tests performed, his staff was professional, caring and properly trained as well. I waited over an hour for an appointment that did not seem like it was even close to happening (based on the number of people that were in the waiting room and then still in with the doctor by that point). The office is NOT nice, neither was the woman at the front desk who wasn’t at all apologetic about the wait. When I told her I was leaving she gave me a blank stare and said nothing. They also wanted to make me pay a copay for an appointment that is 100% covered by my insurance. Wasted over 2 hours of my time commuting and waiting.

My visit went very well, staff is very friendly and professional, Dr. Martinelli is awesome he explained to me everything about my test results and accommodated all my requests. My visit was very efficient, I got my check up and my lab work done in the office so no need to schedule a lab appointment.
The front desk staff is very helpful and patient, I called several times with questions and requests and they were awesome!

Very kind staff was taken right away! As a new patient I felt the NP & DR really cared about my concerns and helped me navigate some issues I have been having. They listened and gave great advice and did not push for medication etc. This was so important to me as doctors in the past I felt didn’t listen to me and were quick to write a prescription. I would recommend anyone to go here!! Feels like a real neighborhood doctor and team you can trust!

Dr. Martinelli was wonderful! He was so attentive and took the time not only to listen to my elderly Mother's concerns but to also make her feel at ease. He also called back promptly when we had added concerns and quickly sent out precriptions to help. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. We are so happy with our new doctor!

Dr. Martinelli is phenomenal! He has a lot of stuff in his office so no need to be sent to other places for it. He listened actively to my concerns and was very clear in his approach and treatment plan. His office is clean, the receptionist were very nice. I arrived at 1:09 for a 1:35 appointment. I don’t blame the office for that wait, because I was earlier than necessary just to make sure I could get all of the necessary paperwork done. However, I WILL place responsibility on them for having had to wait until 3:14 pm to be seen. As I checked-in, I was immediately dismissed, told to sit down, and that they would call me when the doctors was ready to see me. I have never been kept waiting for so long, and with a scheduled appointment (which they confirmed via phone call two days ago). The women at the front desk were all over the place and brushed people off who were (rightfully so) asking how long it would take for them to be seen by the doctor. The only saving grace of this disastrous appointment was that Dr. Martinelli himself was extremely nice. However, you must decide if it's worth waiting for over two hours (I don't think it is).

Dr. Martinelli was great, friendly and easy to talk with. He takes the right amount of time to talk to you without rushing, and listens well.
He also speaks fluently my native language which is Italian. He was very careful in keeping with Covid precautions, which I appreciated.
The entire staff was very personable and caring. I'm planning to make this my regular doctor going forward.
