Dr. Derek Chung has been my primary care physician for over 20 years, and the exceptional care he has provided throughout that time is exactly why I followed him to his new practice. Dr. Chung is an outstanding physician who combines extensive knowledge with compassion, patience, and genuine concern for his patients. He takes the time to listen, thoroughly addresses every concern, and never makes you feel rushed or overlooked. I have always felt seen, heard, respected, and valued under his care. Having a PCP you can trust with your health for more than two decades is truly invaluable. Dr. Chung represents everything a primary care physician should be—professional, attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated. I am grateful to continue having him as my physician and would recommend him without hesitation. Five stars are simply not enough!

I would not recommend anyone going to this office, my appointment was for 11:45 AM and I was not seen until 1:40pm because they stated that they were backed up that’s ridiculous. My entire appointment lasted 10 minutes or less.
Also bloodwork was done and it’s now been days No blood work posted to my portal and no one has followed up or responded to my messages. One of the younger ladies at the front desk that is checking patients and has a disgusting attitude as well.I will never go back to this establishment. My entire appointment lasted 10 minutes or less, and that was including but blood work

As soon as I walked in the receptionist at the desk greeted me with a warm hello. Miss Daphne. Leveque assistance Tasheena was nice and friendly. I told my friends my experience with Nurse Practitioner Daphne Leveque was EXCELLENT, she was very nice, friendly, great bed side manner and answered every question I asked. I told my friends if they looking for EXCELLENT Nurse Practitioner Daphne Leveque book her.
