I had an excellent experience during my visit today. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My doctor took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without rushing. It’s rare to find such compassion and thoroughness in healthcare. I was really looking forward to this place, especially since it seemed to be Black-led and run, but the experience was a huge disappointment. The front desk staff set the tone right away — unpleasant and unhelpful. I arrived about 10 minutes late and was told the next available appointment was three hours later. On top of that, when I presented my insurance card through my app, she complained that I didn’t have a physical copy, treating it as if it were a major issue. That attitude alone made me glad my appointment got canceled. Thankfully, I was able to find care just around the corner on Utica.

She could not have been more lovely. I had been with a doctor for several year who abruptly left the practice, so I had to find someone new last minute. I feel SO lucky to have found Faustyna Grzybowskaz. Compassionate, kind, smart, down to earth. I am genuinely so impressed.
