I didn’t have to wait at my scheduled appointment time, and the staff at the clinic were extremely friendly and welcoming. The doctor was professional and explained everything clearly in an easy-to-understand way, including my current condition and what to consider moving forward. I had a very positive experience at the dental clinic.

Every person I spoke with from the moment I walked in the door treated me with care and professionalism. They answered all of my questions and were very patient. Every procedure was fully explained before starting. That attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I have found my new dentist.

It was my second vist for cleaning. Dr. Lee is really kind and careful. Alsoe she is a great listener. She explained my teeth health in detail with x ray photo by comparing the previous one. Also, she speak Korean, it was a bonus for me. I am happy to see her again and really appreciate her care for my detal hygiene.

Highly recommend Dr Judy Lee! I used to visit my old dentist in Manhattan however after having my second baby I wanted someone within walking distance in Long Island City and was so glad to find Dr Lee's practice! She had excellent bedside manners, very sweet and patiently listened to my concerns. She was not very pushy but at the same time provided sound advice. Her equipment is modern and latest. I'm typically afraid of getting Xray's done but it went pretty smooth this time. Very pleased with my yearly checkup and teeth cleaning. I also booked an appointment for my husband right after my positive experience!

I'm deathly afraid of the dentist and have been my entire life, so I put off my dental visit for a few years until I decided to try 1311 Jackson Ave Dental. I'm really glad I went with this practice and with Dr. Judy Lee. I told her upfront I was really anxious and she was patient, understanding, and gentle the entire time. I felt really empowered about learning how to care for my oral health with her. The practice itself is also super clean and as someone slower than others to re-enter the post-COVID normal, I was not concerned at all about this aspect. My insurance card was even wiped down upon return to me -- it's a small detail but stood out and made a difference. For once, I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Lee in six months!

Judy Lee was very thorough, great attention to detail, and did the cleaning herself, which is to say, was almost painless. Also, so kind! The whole experience was very relaxing. Everyone I talked to was so kind and they really care about their patients. Dr. Judy Lee talked through every step of the process, they had a big screen right in front where we could go over my xrays immediately, and she even had tools that could adjust sensitivity because I have sensitive teeth!! I really didn't know going to the dentist could be this good.

Finally a dentist that prioritizes minimally invasive work!! I have cavities and some look pretty gnarly in the close up shots, but I‘ve had them for a while and don’t have any pain, so Dr. Lee said there was no urgency to operate and we could check again in 6 months, unless I wanted to do something about them sooner. Best cleaning experience I’ve had as well. She gave me Vaseline for my lips so they didn’t dry out and she lowered the water pressure so it didn’t spray my face.. just a lot of little things that made me feel about as comfortable as I could be in a dentist chair. I will absolutely be back!
