Besides the long wait, which I understood because this was our first snowfall, the doctor came in and saw me immediately. He did not hang around and make me wait any longer. He apologized. He was also very knowledgeable and very kind. I really liked him, I think he’s gentle and patient. He sent me to his office for a prescription boot and the staff there was really nice and helpful as well. As was the doctor who talked to me about my ankle. In all it was a really good visit.

Pleasant experience with the doctor, he seemed well informed and friendly. The wait time in the office was long (over an hour).

Made appointment , I changed it to walk in, was taken but seen a different doctor ( Dr Michael Thompson) . Overall understood my concern and addressed it. Was satisfied when I left.

This place is the worst doctors office I been to. I waited over an 1 hour and 30 minutes for an appointment and when I had enough of waiting I told them I was leaving the doctor said “ok bye”. Disgusting service and staff stay away. They have the elderly sitting there for hours just collecting copays.

It was completely different doctor, I didn’t had private conversation with the doctor and the visit took literally round 5-10 minutes. I didn’t get was not what I expected from my visit. Disappointing

Was seen by a completely different doctor with no warning after waiting an hour and 45 minutes and then being told by the front desk that "that's not even that long," and mocking me when I followed up concerned by how long I'd been waiting in an empty waiting room. The doctor I did see was fine but after waiting that long and being treated very rudely by the front desk beforehand, she also was rude and mocking to me when I attempted to book the recommended follow up appointment. I just called to cancel that same appointment and after being placed on hold for 10+ minutes TWICE (I hung up and called back out of frustration), she was just as rude and difficult to deal with over the phone.

Calm and professional answered all my concerns. This is a very busy practice in a compact but very central location. If you are looking for the Plaza Hotel experience, this is not it. However, you will be well treated by staff who really know what they are doing. Almost everyone in the waiting room has been to the practice for years so it is like a big family.

Meeting w/ my doctor meeting was a pleasurable moment. He came in very professional, and appeared to be very caring. He was really concerned of what was going on, and he listened, as well as reading the information that was given to him. He listened to my reason to explain my many , reasons, and other medical diagnosis.
Once I discuss the treatment, I’m therefore he also gave me information regarding other treatment that can help me not even one treatment more than one which I was glad to hear because I’ve never heard of it before.
