Got there easily, really nice office, played great music that wasn’t loud enough to overwhelm you but not low enough to not hear. Friendliest & most hopeful staff! I don’t know the two ladies names I interacted with but they were beautiful physically & personality wise. Saw the doc pretty quick, I waited less than 5 mins after completing paperwork (first visit), told him my story/ailment, got eye drops to dilute my eyes, got my eyes checked & did the eye tests. Got a prescription for new drops, and the nice receptionists made me a new appointment & wrote out the details on my card, wished me well & I was on my way home. Definitely will be back

Great. The doctor communicated in depth with me, even showing me images on line so I would understand my condition. The receptionist was BEYOND helpful and nice. Glad I found this physician.

Loved my experience. I literally booked my appointment online the night before and they had all my information i filled out online. Did not even wait 5 min after getting there. Staff was super friendly and kind. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable. Dr.Berg was also kind and took time to explain things and different eye exams i may need. He made me feel confident that he could provide the eye treatment i need for my eye conditions.

Doctor was very rough during examination. Dilated my eyes and provided no protective shades afterwards to keep my eyes safe. Eyes were left burning as soon as I walked outside into the sun. I was warned to avoid the sun but I couldn’t because it was a sunny day which is why they should provide protective gear after someone has their eyes dilated. AND they didn’t properly take AmidaCare as insurance so I had to pay out of pocket.
