The office was clean and located in a nice area. However, I would recommend calling ahead and confirming that the office accepts your exact insurance plan before your appointment, even if Zocdoc shows the office as in-network. I scheduled through Zocdoc, where my insurance appeared to be accepted, provided my insurance information, took time off work, and drove about 1.5 hours to the office. When I arrived, I was told that my specific plan was not accepted and that there were insurance coverage issues that had not been communicated to me beforehand. I wish this had been verified before my appointment so I could have avoided the long drive and missed time from work

Such a great experience as a new patient. Everything was explained to me thoroughly from start to finish—they even showed me my X-rays and images of my teeth to explain any areas of concert. The office was clean, modern and efficient, and the staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend to anyone with dental anxiety or avoiding a cleaning like I was. 10/10.

Very peaceful office with friendly staff. The first time patient forms were a little tedious, taking about 20 minutes to fill out a lot of unrelated medical questions. But they were thorough, attentive, and took their time explaining all imagery and observations.

We had to visit from out of state because our toddler injured her mouth while we were on vacation and the doctors recommended some teeth x-rays to be safe. The staff treated us like they were our everyday dentist office. Very friendly, very welcoming, very good at explaining everything. I was in a lot of pain with my tooth for 19 hrs. Not a lot of sleep. I goggled what doctor could see me with my insurance. Like at 3 am and I took the 1100 spot. At 8 am I got a call to confirm my appointment. I filled out paperwork before appointment. The front desk was friendly and helpful. My #18 tooth was cracked and an infection. The assistant was top notch. Kind. Caring. Explaining. Very kind, great bedside manner. The doctor was okay, I was in a lot of pain. I was numbed.. I started to scream when he began to extract the tooth. He asked me do you feel anything sharp? I said no. Karen you will feel pressure. I screamed again and he told me that he can’t have me screaming. I had to raise my chin and breath through my nose. I was crying. This is the first time at age 61 to have a tooth pulled with roots and it was awful. I was swollen and bruised the next day and still the 2nd day.
