Horrific experience. I was almost immediately gaslit about how my own medical leave works and what they are saying on their end. I was then told that he is incapable of confusing and that all confusion lies within me. He lied about a PDF being editable and told me Word documentation was the only way forward. His qualifications were used to discredit my own experience despite supposedly being for the opposite purpose. Uncomfortable communication style and extremely loaded questions. I was told that I do not understand what was happening to me.
