Dr. Aimee Dispoto Online Psychotherapy
I can promise that you will feel seen, heard, and valued. Some of the strategies I use include helping to connect you with your values, mindful awareness, and uncovering unhelpful patterns. I will teach you that you can accept your thoughts and feelings and still commit to change. I’ve found that the clients who are the most successful in therapy with me come ready to figure out what’s been keeping them stuck. They take initiative, follow through, and work hard to get to the root of what’s going on.

Dr. Aimee was able to see me right away and her caring and thoughtful manner put me right at ease.
