When I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early as the directions said to I waiting over a hour before being seen by the doctor who wasn’t in fact the one I scheduled with then after the appointment it’s self they gave me the wrong persons prescription.
The team were exceptional. Friendly, good communication and professional. I tried over 12 pairs of glasses and they were very patient with me. From the store manager Deborah, to Patae (not sure I spelled it correctly) to Christian and finally the Dr. Andrew. They were all good and excellent at what they do. I will do another review when I pick up my glasses.

Dr Andrew is hilarious and gets the job done quickly. I felt heard and he gave me options to try while my ordered contacts come in. I also got a copy of prescription on the spot so I can have it for future uses!

it is unfair to give a rating for somebody who did not show up . The office should have advised me that I will be seeing another eye doctor ( THEY CHANGE ) . Anyway the ratings must go to dr Bridge , he examined me , HE IS VERY GOOD I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM

I fell harass with constant call asking me for more info before my appointment, told me if I didn't call my appointment would be cancel for other patients to attend. I call to cancel my appointment the man I spoke to had a middle Eastend accent, explain why I was cancelling he was rude uncaring to what I said. Later I get a message on my phone telling me to cancel thru Zodoc cause the office can cancel. Well that is so UNPROFFESIONAL and not HELPFUL, So I saw a much better Doctor with a wonderful staff. Remember who paid for your meals and bills. IT IS ME you work for me, my insurance paid 's and what is not cover I paid. You guys got FIRED before you got HIRE.

My appointment went very well. The staff members were all kind and clear, and the doctor was very thorough in his examination. He took all of my concerns seriously and explained answers to questions other optometrists have failed to clarify. I will definitely be visiting this doctor and office again in the future for any other vision needs!

Dr. Collins was great. I came into this appointment quite distressed about my eyesight and Dr. Collins was great at listening to my concerns while also helping me put them into context and calming my fears. While in retrospect my worries were probably a bit overblown, Dr. Collins didn't make me feel like an idiot for having concerns and helped me find solutions to the problem I'm having. I also appreciate that Dr. Collins is not afraid of silence. Some doctors try to fill in any silence with questions which can make appointments kind of stressful so I very much appreciated his calm demeanor and his willingness to look at results and think for a bit in silence without feeling the need to fill the space.
