Dr. Annie Lawyerson, PLLC

Do you feel overwhelmed? Perhaps you are feeling down, anxious, still dealing with childhood trauma, or simply tired all the time. If this sounds like you, I can help. As a psychologist and certified nutritionist I work with folks who are struggling to feel well. I am passionate about helping people who have eating issues (too much or too little), have a hard time managing health conditions, suffer from chronic pain, have a lot of stress or past trauma, are feeling depressed, or have anxiety. My goal is to help you heal so you can live the life you want. I use a combination of evidence based practices such as Cognitive, Behavioral, and Attachment psychology to get to the root of your problem. Sometimes this means re-visiting painful experiences, but not always. I will then help you come up with solutions, learn new skills, and come up with strategies to live a healthier, more peaceful life. Making life changes is hard for most of us (even changes we know are good for us!). Knowing this, I work to create a safe and compassionate space where you can work through the tough stuff.
