Dr. Jan Michael Arceo, DNP (Owner of Dr. Arceo Psychiatric Services). I am Board Certified as a Doctoral Nurse Practitioner; specialized in Psychiatric Mental Health (DNP, PMHNP-BC). I have been practicing in my specialty in Psychiatry for over eight years. My staff and I strive to provide the highest standard of care and compassion to each of my patients. I treat/manage a wide variety of mental health psychiatric and substance abuse/dependence/addiction conditions from pediatrics/adolescents to adults/elderly patients. Hello this was the first time I have ever had done telehealth. Not just through Zocdoc type deal not the reason my primary care not by telehealth so this was all different to me I was a little nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. Everything went fantastic didn’t wait long to get transferred to the doctor he took his time on the questions I was just needing refills of meds sent establish the doctor so things went well that way he didn’t have a problem giving me any of my medication that I took in which I was worried because some of them are controlled. He had no problem refilling my current meds that I were on that I was out of and I’ve booked a next appointment with him at the end of this month which I look forward to a really really soon and he’ll do pretty much all I can do within reason to take care of your worries highly recommended
