I had an extremely frustrating experience with Dr. Bei Zhang Optometrist. First of all, the location is nearly impossible to find, which caused me to be 10 minutes late. Despite this, they refused to see me. They claimed they had sent me a form beforehand, but I never received anything. Most likely they forget to put me in the system at first. If you’re a new patient, avoid this place at all costs. It feels like a pure scam. Absolutely disappointed and would not recommend.
