Dr. Bianca Previdi, M.D.

I offer comprehensive psychiatric treatment for older adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, and seek to provide an individualized approach to treatment through therapy and/ or medications. I believe we learn ways of thinking, feeling and behaving at an early age, and often repeat these patterns in our adult life even when they no longer are in our best interests. This may lead to symptoms such as anxiety or depression. Often, we are unaware of these patterns, feeling only the discomfort they produce. I practice insight-oriented psychotherapy that assists in revealing and resolving these unconscious patterns and conflicts that are driving their symptoms, while also working with patients to develop strategies for change. My desire is to truly understand the person seeking my help and collaborate as a guide in the healing process.
