Doctor and staff are clear, concise and friendly. They offered potential causes to my concerns and where very organized and detailed. I got bloodwork done right away and my referrals where emailed to me within the week. I usually dreed going to a doctors office but this was the most painless appointment I've had where I didn't feel like it was pointless in the end.

I have a hard time writing this because I love the staff and have had consistent lovely experiences of most of them. My experience of Dr. Brinley isn’t a good one. If you need additional care, compassion/empathy shown in active listening, and timely response times; I really don’t think she’s the right doctor for anyone in a tough spot looking to build trust and support from their doctor/patient care team. During every appointment I’ve had with her thus far, she has spent the majority of the time staring down at her i-watch. She’s incredibly hard to get a hold of or to be seen, no matter how important your issue and overall, I’d say she’s just not been a pleasant experience where like most, I really wanted/needed one where a primary care is considered especially.

Amazing experience every time. I really feel like Dr. Gerard actively listens to me and she is great at making suggestions. She keeps it very professional, but is easy to talk to. Glad I found her!
