My 1st time visiting Dr. Rojas. His professionalism and directness, I Loved. He explained everything in detail. That made me feel really comfortable and at ease. Once everything was done, he made sure to follow up with what's next.
Dayssi was great helping me make the appointment process fast and easy.

Dr. Rojas staff is helpful and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly which is important. The doctors is knowledgeable and will give you a diagnosis however he is short and unfriendly. He was not interested in answering my questions nor educating me on my condition. There are many podiatrist so I will find another.

Dr was insulting and disrespectful just because I was trying to related important information of my health … he insulted me and called me a Devil and refused to treat me!!
Told a friend that took me because she tried to explain to him TO BE QUIET OR HE WOULD CALL SECURITY …. TO GET OUT!!
I have never encounter a doctor with this poor manners!

When I asked what I had on my nail, he replied "Pedro, Luis, Juan, who cares" I care. I replied "does it have a scientific name?" to which he finally replied. Have never been questioned by a doctor for asking what I'm dealing with; very weird behavior. -I also was telling him that I had to go to the emergency room a month ago and what they gave me at Baptist and he said, "you want to have a conversation, and I just want to help" I didn't come to conversate, its simply standard to explain medical history so unnecessary comments like that are just rude -Not nice experience by the way I was spoken to and treatment wise (I was expecting an inspection at the very least-he simply looked at me from afar and decided he already knew what was going on).

I am sure the Doctor could be good for other patients. For me I just felt very underwhelmed by the experience. Hoping to gain knowledge on how to manage my pain, I really was only recommended surgery. When I asked for non surgical solutions the answers weren’t as enthusiastic or encouraging. Wasn’t a good fit for me. Also, Small language barrier so I felt like we weren’t communicating with full understanding.

I went in for a 2nd opinion on my foot since I’ve been in a boot for over a month and was injured in NJ. I came to the office hoping for more clear answers and to continue treatment as needed as I was told to do so. The drs bedside manners were the worst. I go to a lot of drs for my medical issues and this Dr was probably the worst one. After making me wait over 30 mins he came in and didn’t even try to listen or comprehend my issues I was having and didn’t even try to help in any way. All he did was tell me that he couldn’t see me because of the way I was acting which was upset and aggravated after dealing with my foot for almost 2 months. He questions why the previous Dr had me start treatment differently and looked at me like I didn’t know what I was doing or taking about. I shouldn’t have to feel bad for following the treatment I was told. He was so rude and un empathetic to my situation that I’m happy I wasn’t seen by him because i probably wouldn’t have gotten the help I needed.

I’m so happy I was able to get a same day appointment! My ankle was fractured and most of the providers would not see me until June. The receptionist is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Rojas was very clear about what needed to be done.
