Dr. Natalya Carmichael, DDS is an experienced, compassionate dentist with a pleasant demeanor who explains the procedure step by step. I had an urgent issue and was is a lot of pain and was able to get a same-day appointment. I had just moved to the area and needed a dentist ASAP. My problem was more than expected and Dr. Carmichael and her team stayed late on a Friday to help me. I am extremely grateful and will continue to be her patient. She deserves 10 stars!

We will not be going back after our first appt. Not sure how the adult practice is, but for pediatrics they seemed unsure of what to do for the appt. Hygienist was nice, but seemed to just be delaying time until the Dentist was ready. He just kept putting more and more of the tooth polish/paste on the toothbrush for my son to suck on. I was thinking this is a lot, but I'm not going to correct the professional. My son ended up throwing up all over in the car ride home from the amount of tooth paste.
The Dentist spent very little time with us, seemed rushed to leave for the next client and left the room before we could ask our questions. The hygienist had to chase her down the hall to ask our questions.
Front desk staff were very nice and helpful with scheduling the appt and making sure insurance was covered.

I booked my dental appointment through zocdoc.com and did all the paperwork, showed up 2 hours early just to sit outside waiting for the doors to be unlocked or for someone to answer the phones. Finally I heard back from someone at another number saying they closed at 12 due to no other patients for the day. So, how was I able to schedule my appointment for 2:20? Why didn’t they at least update their voicemail to say they were closed for the day so I wasn’t waiting to be seen. A total waste of my time and day.

The doctor just tried to upsell a bunch of procedures instead of listening to the current issue. Prescribed medication for ongoing pain only after reminding the doctor towards the end of the appointment. Suggested all kinds of procedures for dental work apart from the one that was needed at the moment.

I am happy that I found dr. Carmichael. She definitely went above and beyond to fix my very uncommon dental issue. She is very straightforward and to the point and doesn’t sugarcoat anything; which is exactly what I needed. Her staff is also on top of it, super responsive, called me within minutes of me making my inquiry and I was able to schedule an appointment within the same week. My last dentist was almost impossible to get a hold of, so this is a nice change. Everyone in the office from front desk staff to her assistant were super friendly and made me feel comfortable.

I had an emergency dental issue and they were able to give me an sane day appointment to fix my issue. The staff was amazing and super friendly! They truly make you feel at home. Dr. Carmichael is a true professional who knows what she’s doing and she communicates everything as she goes and when she finishes her work. I will definitely be going back here! Thank you all for making my visit so pleasant! ??

I didn’t like the teeth cleaning. I got soaked the entire process my face was dripping wet. Also hurt my teeth and grinded on my tooth rather than pick at my gums. Such a weird and different experience than I have ever had. The doctor was nice though. Just the dental cleaning seemed inexperienced.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Never have I been treated more roughly. When I told them I was in pain I was ignored. It was horrible. I have no idea how this place has any good reviews.

The front office staff was outstanding - prompt, patient and very kind and courteous. The dentist was also very thorough and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has anxiety about going to the dentist or is looking for a new dentist with amazing staff!

This was my first time to the Dentist in 30 years. For whatever reason, my fear of the dentist from when I was a wee boy carried over to now. Dr. Carmichael and her team made me feel calm and not stress out as much as I was walking in. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone.
