***First appointment is a 15-minute phone consultation***I am not accepting insurance at this time*** I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in anxiety, depression, insomnia, anger issues, trauma, PTSD, and substance addiction for adults. If you are looking for results-oriented, supportive, culturally affirming, and compassionate treatment to improve your mental health and quality of life, I may be able to help. My psychotherapy services are provided using telehealth to meet you wherever you are in California. Finding a therapist with whom you feel connected, safe, and understood is essential for therapy to work. My two primary treatment methods are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also integrate wisdom from other therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, attachment-based, humanistic, existential, and mindfulness-based psychotherapies. Please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if I may be the right fit for you. Please see my rates below and note that I DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE AT THIS TIME. However, if you have an out of network plan, it is likely that most or all of the session cost will be reimbursed if you have met your out of network deductible. I can provide you a superbill. Rates: $0 for initial 15-minute phone consultation. $250 for the initial intake appointment. $200 per individual therapy session.
