I am grateful to provide a range of therapies that focus on activating your body's own ability to achieve overall health, maintain a positive quality of life, and reduce your risk of disease. My approach is to first comprehend the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects that shape your life and interpret their impact within the pattern differentiations of Chinese Medicine. This will guide an individualized therapeutic plan including preventive health care and evidence-based treatments to improve your condition and well-being. Services include, acupuncture, herbal medicine, tuina, cupping, and instruction in breathwork, meditation, diet, and stress management. My work complements other therapies that you may already be receiving and can accelerate their healing effects.
