The office tried to force me to pay a lot of fees despite having the same network insurance provider and asked me to pay upfront exam fees .

I was waiting to be called in when I approached the front desk to inquire if my information was correct. An elderly lady told me that my insurance was not accepted because I was under Medicare. Yet the doctor shows under UHC Medicare providers. Never received a call prior to driving and checking in to be seen by the doctor. She blamed it on Jesus who was assisting her the day I called for an appt. I had completed all info online and gave Jesus my insurance card info to verify, which he did advising me all was fine and I was set to see Dr. Castillo on 4/1 at 2:00pm.
Terrible organization and never received a call to save me the time/travel.

Appreciated all the staff being very personable and communicative throughout my visit. Everyone was patient with any questions I had since it was my first time, and I got just what I needed in terms of my dental care at a reasonable rate. Hygenist's bedside manner was terrific, and whoever was on aux that day was killing it. Overall, a very solid visit, would recommend.

I recently moved to Miami and needed a new dentist. I found Dr. Maya through a friend. Everything in the office was easy and fast. Dr. Maya is a pretty funny guy and very honest. I had a cavity filled and did not feel the injection at all! I highly recommend.
