I have over 20 years of experience working with adults of all ages. I see a myriad of conditions including depression, anxiety, relational/couples discord, struggles with physical illnesses, grief/loss, caregiver burden, and spiritual growth. I integrate multiple modalities in order to tailor treatment to each person. I place great value in being able to create a safe/validating and non-judgmental experience so that each client can reach the heights of their emotional wellbeing.
