This was an extremely positive experience, especially given that I was nervous to have a pap smear done after an uncomfortable experience with a previous doctor. The office is very nice and super clean, and every nurse I spoke to was kind. Dr. Kim did a great job explaining everything he was doing and is the only doctor that has ever asked me for my consent to begin an assessment. The assessment was super quick and painless. I will be back!

New and very clean office! The office staff and the doctor were incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable, and he had great bedside manner. I was seen right aware and taken care of with great attention.

Doctor didn't even do an exam. Just talked to me and prescribed estrogen suppositories which he said probably wouldn't even work. Expensive and useless.

I've seen Dr. Kim once for an exam and I've seen his CV. He has experience, he will be straight forward, he's respectful, he will ask your input on how to proceed, and he is not an alarmist. He also was able to do bunch of tests during my appointment most people would make me come back for. I appreciate all these things as someone who has dealt with lot of docs in LA that are under-experienced and way over-confident or have just given up or ready to retire. Michelle runs the front desk and she is NOT that typical front desk Karen. She is kind, helpful, and puts a lot of effort into making sure you have everything you need to have a good appointment. There are administrative fees for some things to which they were transparent, like prior authorizations and surgery scheduling, which compensate for their time. And you won't be waiting 4 months for surgery, probably less than a month. All in all, a positive experience.

I was apprehensive at first because I've never been to a male Gyno, however, Dr. Kim was really great and made me feel comfortable. He, along with his staff was very kind and professional. After some tests he was able to find the root of my issue and address it very quickly. I wish I would've found him sooner.
