Here to help you. As a clinical psychologist with a therapeutic approach that is empathetic, emotion-focused, process/relationship/insight-oriented, and person-centered, I consider my clients’ unique needs and tailor treatment plans individually. My clients have included adolescents and adults with diverse cultural backgrounds and presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, and relationship issues related to life stresses. Currently, I work with highly motivated clients who are interested in receiving psychotherapy or psychoanalysis on a regular basis. Providing a safe place to discuss your feelings freely and promoting more joy in life are both my passion and my priority. Dr. park is one of the best therapist I’ve worked with in my life. During the pandemic I was struggling and having had anxiety and depression in the past, she was very helpful, intelligent and open which made me feel safe and comfortable ; while also helping me to work towards my treatment goals.
