My practice offers video counseling services for clients who want to be met with a warm approach. If you prefer virtual care from a psychologist who is competent and compassionate as well as has a puppy who might be seen in the therapy space, I welcome you to reach out to me. I offer a non-judgmental place for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences. Clients desire new understandings so that they are able to have healthier experiences in the future. I enjoy working with clients who want to address grief & loss, depression, anxiety, relationships, adjustment/transitions concerns, or addictive behaviors.
I collaborate with clients to explore goals and develop individualized plans. I rely upon CBT, MI, solution-focused, and/or time-limited dynamic psychotherapy approaches. For over a decade, I have provided care to individuals, couples, and groups.
I want the therapeutic space - YOUR space - to be safe and non-judgmental. My counseling practice exclusively offers teletherapy services. Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like virtual (video/telephone) services that provide competent and compassionate care. Please also know that prior to being seen, an intake packet will need to be reviewed and signed by the new client.
