was my first visit to get established, I have Mult complex issues and only dealt with my PTSD and Insomnia , which I believe is due to my neuromuscular disorder(which is a rare disease) . Did not deal with my other issues, but first visit was too short- gave me a new med for sleep, but I explained I tried them all, and no meds have worked. She did give me a follow up appointment in 1 month.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They took me in right away with barely no wait time. The Dr was was bluer thorough with me and answered the questions I had.

I got to see the PA for most of the appointment, who was wonderful. I also got to see doctor He for a bit who filled me in on next steps for my care. Overall the experience was pleasant, fast, and reaffirming. They even helped me get some blood tests done next door.

Naturally I like thorough checkup, it was nice that I didn’t have to mention it, as soon as I got there, the staff was on it before I even ask. That was a great experience overall.

Chelsea is excellent! She will take the time to listen and discuss any questions or concerns. I never feel rushed and always feel heard as a patient. This is not the case with all providers and so I feel fortunate to have Chelsea, along with Dr. He as my primary care team.
