As a new patient, I was greeted happily by the front desk staff. I filled up the forms and they were very helpful. I was seen by the associate doctor, Dr. McNaughton and he was very professional. He asked me about my history and current symptoms and I was very comfortable answering those questions. Overall, I would love to go back here and make this my go-to clinic/doctor not only that it's near my place but I had a great service from them. Just a note, just open the front door and proceed to the door on the left side.
Dr. McNaughtan took the time to video chat with me about my Covid-19 concerns after I found out I was possibly exposed at my salon. He was very informative, professional, and clear about my options. Alleviated my concerns, and quick to fax a script for the antibody testing.

I saw Dr. McNaughton. He was respectful and took the time to answer all of my questions after not seeing a PCP for several years. He was thorough in his recommendations, and I trust that he has my best interest in mind.
Just moved to the neighborhood and went to Dr. Volpe’s practice for an annual check-up. Waited more than 30 mins, but it was worth it because Dr. Volpe was thorough, professional, and charismatic. I will be back!

This place is great. I just moved to Philadelphia from across the country and was nervous about seeking out a new doctor as I am a transgender male and I have only been to one doctor since I started the medical transition. As soon as I met Dr. Volpe, I immediately felt comfortable. He was incredibly respectful, a great listener, and you can tell he really cares. I plan on making him my go to PCP and recommend the same for anyone else looking for one.

I was a first time patient going in for an general check up at the end of the work day. I arrived 20mins ahead of appointment time to fill out the onboarding paperwork as a new patient. I wasn't expecting any kind of special/impressive welcome. The secretaries were to my surprise nice/friendly even at the end of the day in small & cramped office space with tons of paperwork files behind them. I wasn't called back to see the doctor until 45+ mins after my initial appointment. This was not a surprise but was still frustrating especially after reading one of the signs on the wall, "Patients are seen by their appointment time, not arrival time." When I finally got to see Doctor Volpe, I couldn't have been more warmly welcomed and heard during my initial intake. After spending 30mins with him, (not your typical 15) I got the sense that he gives that kind of respect evenly to all his patients.

I'm a new patient and thought I was seeing Dr. Volpi today but he was not in so in was scheduled with his nurse practitioner. Although she was very sweet, for my first visit I would have preferred to see Dr. Volpi. I waited over an hour as well but the other patients in the waiting room informed me that it's not common to wait that long.
