I have had a very positive experience working with Dr. Rondeau. She does a great job meeting you where you are and adjusting the focus of the session based on what you actually need in the moment. Sometimes that means talking through day to day issues, and other times it means zooming out to look at longer term patterns and how they might be shaping things. Her approach strikes a really good balance between structure and flexibility. Sessions feel grounded and purposeful, but there is also space to follow what feels most relevant that day instead of forcing everything into a rigid format. She is also very good at pushing you, in a constructive way, to think about ideas or perspectives you may not have considered before and to notice patterns that are easy to miss on your own. Those moments tend to be some of the most helpful because they move the conversation toward real insight and progress. Overall I have found her thoughtful, practical, and genuinely helpful to work with.
