After switching insurance carriers, I’ve been in the process of finding a new PCP that accepts my new healthcare coverage. I am very pleased with the care I’ve received from Dr. Javaid Iftikhar. He’s warm, friendly, listens, does not rush you through appointments and took the time to discuss and help me with a continued care plan moving forward. He is also the most responsive provider I’ve ever encountered.
The days after my appointment, I ran into hiccups with the pharmacy and my insurance regarding my prescription. I emailed Dr. Iftikhar to see if he could help resolve their issue(s) and he responded to each of my emails within an hour and half. He even went out of his way to personally call my insurance company. In the past, I’ve gotten used to several days passing before providers respond to messages. So it’s been very refreshing to receive such responsiveness from Dr. Iftikhar, even after normal business hours.
Highly recommended to anyone!
