Dr. Rubin and his staff were awesome. Welcoming, professional, and took their time to explain and educate. Despite an issue with my appointment booking through Zocdoc not showing up on their schedule, they accommodated me and saw me in a timely manner anyway. I’m excited that I found Dr. Rubin through the referral of a friend and would highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Rubin is the BEST dentist I've ever been to - and I've been to a lot. He came and introduced himself while I was filling out paperwork in the lobby and was so friendly throughout the whole visit. It felt as if I was visiting a friend. I loved that he took pictures of my teeth throughout the visit to show me what needed work. He was great at explaining everything he was doing. I recommend Dr. Rubin to everyone!! Best dentist EVER!

I can not believe how incredible of an experience today was! You don’t expect much from a dentist visit these days. Often times I avoid my appointments all together due to fear and anxiety. Dr. Rubin took the time to hear my story and thoroughly educate me on the next steps of my treatment. He even gave me a bit of homework! From reception to ex rays to the cleaning and overall care- this entire staff just blew my expectations out of the water! Seriously! As the kids say these days.. “Issa vibe” for sure!

Dr. Rubin is the text book definition of a professional. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and savvy to work efficiently so that I did not spend my entire afternoon in his office. He worked quickly but did not try to rush me out of the office; he was patient and took the time to answer all of questions. The office staff were all very friendly, especially Alisha who made sure everything went well and organized. My previous Dentist was a family member so my expectations of the overall dental experience are high. Dr. Rubin and his staff surpassed them all while educating me on Yankee history in the meantime. 10/10. Great work Doc! See you in a couple weeks.

I had a great experience as soon as I walked through the door. Dr. Rubin came out into the reception area and greeted me personally which is a first. He also performed by entire exam, including cleaning my teeth, personally. I don't think I've ever had the actual dentist clean my teeth. He took the time to show me before and after pictures and specifically pointed out my problem areas (recession) and how I can prevent or avoid further damage. He also gave me a lesson on how to properly brush and floss - which apparently I've been doing incorrectly my entire life because no other dentist ever showed me the right way! He was professional and fair. He did not try to make me purchase any extra services. He personally inspected my insurance plan to ensure that my cleaning was within plan which I very much appreciated so I won't get any surprise bills. As an added bonus, I was able to choose either listening to music or choosing what channel I wanted to watch on TV while he performed the cleaning to ease my nerves. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend. Clean, friendly office and a personal, worthwhile dentist exam.

I highly recommend Dr. Rubin's practice. No one likes go to the dentist, but Dr. Rubin makes it as smooth as possible. He has the best bedside manner of any dentist I've gone to and his staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Rubin. He is very personable and takes his time explaining things to his patients. I normally find myself unable to relax when seeing the dentist however today was the opposite. I would recommend him to others and visit again.

Dr. Rubin is phenomenal! I had to see him for a handful of appointments and he was always professional, thorough and gentle. I'm someone who has always dreaded going to the Dentist but he is truly fantastic. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes and the staff in its entirety just goes above and beyond. I've already recommended over 5 - 10 coworkers to him!

Dr. Rubin is warm, considerate and very thorough, making sure he examines every aspect of your dental health carefully and completely. The office is very nice, clean, comfortable and quite spacious for Manhattan. Dr. Rubin explains what he's doing (and why) thoughtfully and without condescension and seems very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He listens respectfully and does not make you feel rushed in the slightest - but he is still prompt and efficient. He is probably the best dentist I've ever been to and I will certainly be back!

I love this guy! He makes a dental cleaning as painless as possible. Everything is explained clearly and in a friendly and relaxed manner, with no judgment whatsoever ("We're human."). I had a great experience with Dr. Rubin. He has excellent bedside manner - I normally hate the dentist but I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment. He gave me excellent feedback on how to better take care of my teeth and was very professional. I also really enjoyed the environment - the building was beautiful and the office was clean. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. I've been looking for a dentist in the city for a while and have finally found a great one. I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Rubin was very quick to introduce himself even before I filled out my paperwork, which I appreciated. He took his time and did not rush my cleaning. He made the experience very comforting and relaxing. I would totally recommend everyone to Dr. Rubin.

From the moment Dr. Rubin greeted me it felt like I was family. I received the most thorough cleaning and exam I've had and he assured my comfort at every step. Dr. Rubin went out of his way to make sure I felt okay as he cleaned the most sensitive parts of my mouth, even applying a desensitizing gel to my gums that I have not had other dentists use. He personally did the entire cleaning and exam and was not at all rushed -- it felt as though my well-being was the focus of his day. He even took the time to demonstrate proper brushing techniques. I am actually looking forward to going back in 6 months!

Dr. Ruben is such a great dentist. I'm very pleased to say that Dr. Rubin was extremely patient and generous, he made me feel calm and relaxed every time I had a visit. The office was very nice and clean. his staff is amazing and made me feel right at home. Definitely the best dental office I attended in years.

Dr. Rubin removed my wisdom tooth about a week ago and made the experience as best as possible. He explained the whole procedure, calmed me down and most importantly when the extraction was in progress, i didn't feel anything and it went quickly. When I left I was in no pain and only needed about 2 ibuprofen later that evening. I was really happy with how the entire procedure when and how understanding he was.

I am enormously scared of the dentist. I am the girl that has nightmares about sitting in the dental chair. Dr. Rubin's gentle manner and professionalism really put me at ease in a way no other dentist has before. He actually spent time talking to me and told me if I wanted a break to raise my hand and he would stop. He explained everything he was doing.
