Dr. Redd and the entire staff were great! The staff was so friendly and polite. I checked in upon arrival and had no paperwork to complete thanks to completing it online prior to the appointment. I was called back immediately and after the nurse took some information from me, Dr. Redd was in seeing me within 60 seconds. She listened to my concerns and offered a variety of options for treatment. She was able to do a biopsy and give a cortisone shot right there on the spot. I got slightly lightheaded after and she and 2 staff members waited with me while I drank some apple juice and they made sure my blood pressure was back to normal before I left. I am waiting on results, but I have full confidence due to the compassion in the appointment. Dr. Redd is clearly very intelligent too, but also connected at a personal level. She was also helping to explain things to her staff as we went which was nice to see the education being passed down. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

I’m happy to say that this practice made the long drive to Boca worth it. Attentive and professional staff, nice office, and good amenities. Dr. Redd was wonderful, using her time efficiently to address my concerns and issues. I found her bedside manner very warm and personable, and she balanced it well with her expertise. My only qualm was with the quick nature of the appointment; it did feel a bit rushed and I felt she could’ve used a bit more time to go over preventative/maintenance related measures for issues she observed. Besides that small qualm, the visit was wonderful and I’d be more than happy to make the drive out to this practice again.
