This office is lovely. The dentist is very knowledgeable, he has exceptional bedside manner and quickly removed a cavity that I had. The team is very professional and the office is clean. I loved the goodie bag that I received.

Dr. K was great. He explained in detail everything going on with my teeth, and showed me visuals of a cavity I had and one other molar to keep an eye on. I felt more included in the process than I’ve felt with previous dentists. He also made it a point to ensure I was fully comfortable, from providing me headphones and my choice of music from Spotify and also having a fun and visual show (Somebody Feed Phil) on the tv on the ceiling that I could watch during the cleaning. The office is going through a renovation, so he apologized for its appearance, but honestly it was clean and perfectly fine. I’m looking forward to seeing the outcome of the renovations on my next cleaning in 6 months.

I am a repeat visitor. This time around, my experience was still very good. I arrived just on time and immediately went in to see Dr. Kuznetsov. The cleaning was fast and efficient. I had x-rays and we talked through coming back for a filling. Dr. Kuznetsov and the office assistant were polite and responsive. I was able to immediately schedule the filling.

Found my new dentist! Dr. K is friendly and explains your x-rays, teeth/gums condition, listens to your questions and explains thoughtful recommendations for care. Doesn’t push unnecessary treatments. Went in for a cleaning and he was fast and thorough.
Small and humble office with nice little perks like letting you pick out your own Spotify playlist and a TV on the ceiling. Very convenient location and easy to find, also easy to book with receptionist Rosemary.

I went to discuss a badly done filling that left one of my front teeth looking crooked and feeling somewhat jagged. The dentist who did it (at another practice) dismissed my concerns when I pointed out that it looked weird.
This dentist gave it a good look and was able to describe the issues I saw. He subsequently redid the filling and sanded it to be smooth and shapely, making a much more faithful replica of my other front tooth.
I felt validated by our conversation, and the end result was he gave me my smile back, and it feels smooth. The practice was also careful to check about whether it was necessary to do a cleaning and x-rays, since I had seen a different dentist just a few weeks earlier, so they obviously care about not trying to overcharge for unnecessary services.
