PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT: Dr Jafri offers highly specialized and customized treatments ONLY for NASAL BREATHING PROBLEMS, NOSE STRUCTURE PROBLEMS, DEVIATED SEPTUMS, NASAL CONGESTION, POSTNASAL DRIP, SNORING, SLEEP APNEA, SINUS PROBLEMS, EAR PRESSURE / POPPING and ALLERGY TESTING / TREATMENTS.
We kindly ask that for all other ENT problems you book an appointment with one of the other excellent ENT doctors available on Zocdoc.
Once we receive your appointment request, one of our team members will reach out to you to help schedule your appointment and go over your insurance benefits in detail with you - this way you will know exactly what your insurance covers and any out of pocket expenses you may have based on your plan. You will also have direct communications with our patient concierge and lead members of our Surgery, Sleep and Allergy divisions.
Medical visits have become stressful for both patients and doctors alike - with our practice we work hard every day to build a more positive, personalized and productive doctor / patient relationship that will help you BREATHE BETTER, SLEEP BETTER and LIVE BETTER in the most efficient and stress free way possible.
*Please note that we do not double book our appointment times so that every patient has a full and comprehensive visit with Dr Jafri for 30 minutes. We also run our appointments exactly on time so that there is no waiting for you. Missed, late and cancelled appointments can have a big impact on our daily schedule and also takes away an opportunity for another patient to feel better. We ask that you please arrive on time and notify us of any changes as soon as possible. We do need to charge a $60.00 same day cancellation fee to help keep our schedule in place as it is. Thank you!
