Video only format; I provide psychotherapy and medication management for depression, anxiety, ptsd and other conditions through ZocDoc's HIPPA compliant telehealth system. I can also be scheduled through Headway, a company that will manage my billing and credentialing. CREDENTIALING WITH MAJOR INSURERS IS IN PROCESS THROUGH HEADWAY, A COMPANY THAT WILL BE MANAGING MY BILLING AND CREDENTIALING. I AM CURRENTLY ACTIVE WITH CARELON, CIGNA, UHC AND AETNA AND BLUE CROSS IN MARYLAND, AS WELL AS CIGNA, BLUE CROSS AND AETNA IN DC. CHECK BACK HERE FOR THE ADDITION OF OTHER INSURERS AS THEY ARE CURRENTLY BEING PROCESSED.

I was surprised at how poorly the doctor's device was used on camera. Most times the camera was not steady and the doctor's face was not in full view. The doctor was not 100% available to me. The doctor was traveling, and we experienced connection issues as well as the call dropping a couple of times. The doctor was in a public place and ordered food during my appointment. I would not recommend the doctor for this reason.

I’ve had an exceptionally positive experience working with Dr. Alleyne. From my first appointment, she created a space that felt calm, respectful, and genuinely focused on understanding my concerns rather than rushing to conclusions. What stood out most was her ability to listen deeply and ask thoughtful questions that helped me understand patterns I hadn’t recognized before. She took the time to discuss my medication and a method of taking the medication that worked best for me. We discussed side effects that I dealt with and alternatives, which made me feel a lot better. Her approach is compassionate but also grounded in years of experience in this field, which gave me a lot of confidence. Over the course of treatment, I never felt judged, dismissed, or rushed — only supported. I would highly recommend Dr. Alleyne to anyone looking for thoughtful, patient-centered, experienced mental health care.
