Dr. Keiandra Vinson provides psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, chronic stress, life transitions, and sleep concerns. My approach is collaborative and centered on helping you understand your symptoms, treatment options, and medications so you can make informed decisions about your care.
I offer ADHD evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy within one practice. Sessions are designed to feel supportive and judgment-free, with space to talk through what is happening in your life rather than focusing only on symptoms or prescriptions.
My goal is to help you feel heard, understand your treatment plan, and build practical skills that support your mental health beyond the appointment. Care is available through telehealth with morning, evening, and weekend appointment options.
