It was a very well rounded visit, all my questions and concerns were answered. Had all the technical devices and nothing was not checked. They also treated the older customers with respect and made them feel comfortable, they also didn’t pressure you to buy anything.

Doctor was professional and provided excellent care. I thought the glasses I bought were costly, however, got them for the first time. Maybe they were, on average, similar to other providers but expensive to me none the less.

Friendly staff and Doctor Patel was warm and engaging. I was surprised that I did not have my eyes dilated; perhaps this is no longer standard practice for an eye exam? But given some abnormalities the doctor saw on my retinal scan, I would have felt better if I'd had a more thorough exam. He did refer me to a specialist, however.

Great overall experience. Doctor listened to all of my concerns and new prescription was a lot better. Very friendly and attentive staff. Also didn’t take long at all to go back and see the doctor after arriving.
