Kristina helped alleviate my sciatic pain right before a 7-hour road trip I was going to have, so you can imagine how daunted and exhausted I was feeling. Our session included heat stones, accu and cupping to help relax my muscles. I did also do some stretches at home to help for the morning ride, but I woke up totally myself again and ready for road. That would not have been the case without Kristina’s help, so thank you!!
