She has been easy to open up to. She obviously does her homework as she brings back threads we had covered in the past. She maintains good eye contact and gives subtle affirmations head k nodding for example. I find her technique subtle but I know she is listening,

Layal is the first therapist that I feel like I can be truly honest with. Our sessions are a good mix of comforting and difficult - I leave feeling both validated and slightly pushed out of my comfort zone. I can bring anything to the table, and I leave with insight, acceptance, and a bit of peace.
