The doctor was professional but approachable. She was patient answering all my prepared questions. She reviewed my labs and recorded my medical history, asking questions along the way, giving me the impression that she was trying to compose a holistic profile of my health--past and present. She was clear about the need to improve certain aspects of my life while still encouraging about the progress I've already made. I found her easy to talk to and unrushed.
