I liked the ambience and friendly staff. The staff was very helpful and made me understand the unclear things for me. When l selecting my frame, they were so patient to wait for me until l was done.

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service at this doctor’s office. The front desk staff is unprofessional, discourteous, and lacks basic communication skills. Their behavior was not only rude but also dismissive and unhelpful. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism from a medical office. Based on my experience, I will not be returning, and I will not recommend this practice to anyone.

When I showed up to the appointment I was told once I am seen they bill my insurance for the entire visit so I would not be able to get glasses using my plane if I didn’t get them there. It ended up being very expensive for something I could have gotten elsewhere for cheaper but I was trapped once I had the exam. This is not fair I should be able to take my prescription anywhere and use my eyeglass choice where I could find glasses I really liked. I ended up just settling for a pair of glasses I really wasn’t in love with. I think being billed for an appointment and service before entirely happy should be illegal and this should be told when booking not upon arrival of your visit.

It was my first time getting glasses, so it was all new to me. The reception was nice, very helpful and informative, even helped me determine my insurance I didn’t even know I had from my Dad. The optometrist, Maria, I felt could’ve been friendlier, but she was efficient. What I didn’t like was when I was told I needed make a follow up they were busy and told me to call and make an appointment when I was already there. It wasn’t really busy, there was only one person there after I finished with Maria. So I called when I got home, and I asked for a follow up appointment for that same week. The male on the phone gave me an appointment for two weeks later despite the urgency the doctor told me to come back for testing. I guess he just misheard, but I showed up for the day I thought it was just to be told it wasn’t that day and she was vacation. And I was also told I was going to be called when my prescription was ready but they didn’t. I dropped by one morning and got it myself. They also did not include any paperwork explaining my prescription. I had to call again and ask for it.

I arrived to the Pearle Vision center a few minutes before my appointment. Keyshauna was great, she collected my info and had me in front of Dr Katsev in no time. The checkup was routine and straightforward. I ended up with a Marc Jacob's pair of frames from their wide selection. Definitely recommend.
