Welcome. If you’ve found your way here, you’re likely looking for a therapist who can meet you where you are—with depth, honesty, and care—and walk alongside you as you navigate the challenges and questions life has brought your way. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your teenager, or your family, I offer a grounded, relational approach that helps you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of experience and a PhD in the field, I bring a strong clinical foundation and a warm, collaborative presence to the work. My practice centers on helping individuals, teens, and families who are ready to shift long-standing patterns, strengthen their relationships, and move through anxiety, stress, trauma, and transitions with greater clarity and self-trust. I work with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including: * Relationship and communication issues * Family conflict or disconnection * Teen mental health and identity development * Life transitions, grief, and adjustment stress * Anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm * Recovery from trauma, including relational and developmental trauma * Self-esteem, boundaries, and personal growth My approach is both depth-oriented and practical. That means we’ll take the time to explore what’s happening below the surface—your beliefs, your history, your emotional patterns—while also building tools and insights you can begin applying right away. Therapy is a space where we slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and work together to create meaningful change. When working with families, I help strengthen connection, improve communication, and resolve long-standing cycles of frustration or silence. With teens, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where they can explore who they are, manage anxiety or stress, and build the confidence and emotional awareness they need to thrive. You can expect a therapy experience that is collaborative, tailored to your needs, and grounded in respect for your values, identity, and lived experience. I bring a culturally responsive lens to the work and welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and family structures. Whether you come in with a specific goal or simply a sense that something needs to change, we’ll work together to clarify what healing looks like for you. Therapy with me is not about 'fixing' you—because you are not broken. It's about slowing down, getting curious, and working through the things that are keeping you from feeling fully alive and connected. I hold space with both compassion and structure, helping you create change that is sustainable and rooted in your truth. Clients who work with me often share that they feel seen in a way they haven't before. They leave sessions with deeper self-awareness, more clarity in their relationships, and a growing sense of agency in their lives. While the therapy process may include moments of discomfort or uncertainty (as real growth often does), it also brings relief, hope, and a renewed connection to what matters most. I offer virtual sessions for clients located in California, and I work with adults, adolescents (ages 13+), and families. Depending on your needs, therapy may be short-term and solution-focused, or longer-term and more exploratory. I’m happy to collaborate with other providers (such as psychiatrists, teachers, or pediatricians) when appropriate, to ensure that your care is integrated and effective. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in a painful dynamic, or simply ready for a change, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to figure everything out alone—and you don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause, ask for help, and take one step forward. It would be an honor to walk with you on that path.
