It was good other than my daughter couldn't see out of her glasses (everything was blurry and she couldn't see at all ...worse than without glasses) I contacted them and the receptionist was adamant that my daughter just needed to get used to them and we needed to wait a week to be seen again even when I explained she couldn't see at all. When we went back they changed the prescription. I'm pretty sure the prescription was entered incorrectly. All together it was over a month to get the correct prescription.

First eye exam ever was friendly and quick. Office was clean, not crowded as it was never more than 2 patients onsite it seemed. I received plenty of help picking out frames for my prescription

Dr Alex was very clear in diagnosis and explained it so we could fully understand the problem and the solution. He was a great listener as well. Great bedside manner and was very nice. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the issue. Made us feel very comfortable and not rushed. He’s the best!
