We are living through difficult times. With so much turmoil in the world and great divisiveness in our own country, many of us may be feeling anxious and worried. Anxiety and depression are on the rise, as well as alcohol and substance abuse problems, as we work to cope with our worries, fear, and pain. But it is important to remember that you are not alone and asking for help as we navigate these moments of difficulty is a sign of strength, not weakness. I am here to listen and to help. I am aboard certified in general psychiatry and addiction medicine as well as geriatric psychiatry. For over three decades I have successfully treated clients with therapy and medication when needed. I have a warm and tranquil office nestled beneath the redwoods in Mill Valley where we can meet together and discuss your concerns. I prefer to see you in person, but I am also available to offer treatment via zoom or telephone. I look forward to getting to know you.
