Absolutely terrible, i made a the appointment the day prior and when i showed up the next day, the office was closed, no one was in the office. Why are appointments available on Saturdays when they are not open. Mind you the sign with the hours on the their door said that they were open on Saturdays. No one ever called to tell me that they would not be open or to even reschedule.

Dr. Abrams was welcoming, but found he kept talking about the pricing for my procedures. However, the receptionist failed to tell me when I spoke to her prior to my appointment I would be responsible for a office. I felt she should of inform me of this prior to me coming to the office. Im not sure if I would be using this office again.

I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile and Dr. Abrams was so wonderful. I moved and got new insurance so it took me awhile to find a new dental provider. I was actually seen by the doctor herself which was really great. She put my mind at ease and the appointment was nice and quick. Would highly recommend!

Booked an appointment just to get a call 2 hours before my appointment and get told I don’t actually have an appointment that the Dr is booked for weeks. Unprofessional and they should close out the providers availability on ZocDoc huge inconvenience and unfortunately service

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, putting me at ease right away especially when viewing the office artwork of pets on display. When getting X-Rays in the past I used to cry a river but Sarah was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough, so she was able to save me the tears. I was so impressed by their attention to detail and the way they genuinely cared about my comfort throughout the appointment.
The office was clean, modern, and equipped with technology that even impressed me as a Gen-Z which made the experience even better. I left feeling confident in the care I received and with a brighter, smile. I wish I could talk about how great Dr. Emily was but I honestly don’t have time to write a persuasive essay stating why she’s better than your dentist. Overall 11/10 experience.
